Jeannette Hunziker was born in 1985 in Bern, where she lives and works. Her studies at the Biel Institute of Literature (2006 – 2009) were followed by long journeys to the East and Asia. She was a finalist at the 16th Open Mike Berlin. In 2022, she was honoured with a Weitererschreiben scholarship from the city of Bern. In autumn 2024, her prose debut ‘Für immer alles’ was published by Lenos Verlag. In 2025/2026 she is a fellow at Schloss Solitude in Stuttgart.
